The “Mindful Minute”

A different kind of “Meal Prep”

Hi subscriber,

How often do you actually hear the crunch of a fresh bell pepper or feel the weight of your chef’s knife?

For a long time, I treated cooking as a chore to get through. But lately, I’ve been treating it like a painting—a slow, sensory process where the goal isn’t just the final result, but the peace I find while making it.

In today’s blog post, I’m breaking down my Mindful Cooking Ritual and sharing the “clean” tools I use to keep my kitchen (and my mind) clutter-free.

My current favorite ritual? Using my Caraway Ceramic Pan. Not only is it non-toxic and better for your health, but its beautiful design makes every meal feel like a work of art.
